You will own the strategy, execution, and growth of Rubick's digital marketing engine. This role is focused on driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing, AI-powered automation, and scalable growth systems. Job Responsibility
Own and drive digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
Drive key growth metrics including lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and marketing ROI
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Content teams to execute growth initiatives
Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal channel performance
Build a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, and data-driven decision making
Leverage AI tools across campaign management, content generation, audience targeting, personalization, and performance optimization
Build AI-first marketing workflows that improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign effectiveness
Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to create intelligent customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and data visibility frameworks to enable faster decision-making
Drive performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, SEM, email, and social channels using data and AI-driven insights
Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to improve marketing productivity and ROI
Re-engineer marketing processes for speed, scalability, and better business outcomes
Identify automation opportunities and eliminate repetitive manual workflows
Build repeatable growth playbooks, knowledge repositories, and best-practice frameworks
Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging digital marketing technologies
Requirements
7+ years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Growth Marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools
Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and improving marketing ROI
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in eCommerce, Retail, Consumer Brands, or SaaS is preferred
Experience leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven marketing technologies is a strong advantage
