Job Description:

As Puffy’s Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize multiple digital channels—primarily Meta, but also additional paid platforms to drive revenue growth and measurable returns. You’ll aggressively test creative concepts and messaging, leverage data-driven insights, and coordinate closely with design and cross-functional teams. You will also strategically contribute to other existing digital channels - Affiliate, SEM, GEO and Email, ensuring an integrated, high-performance marketing ecosystem. By blending full-funnel thinking with an understanding of attribution nuances, you’ll steer campaigns from prospecting to conversion, ensuring optimal ROAS and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to provide strategic guidance across other key channels, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, to ensure integrated campaign success
  • Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and audience segments to uncover winning strategies and drive sales
  • Manage campaign performance using advanced attribution models
  • leverage data to refine strategies, measure success, and improve ROAS
  • Oversee prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
  • work with design teams to align ad-to-landing-page experiences
  • Partner closely with design and content teams to develop on-brand, high-conversion creatives for multiple platforms
  • Stay informed about DTC funnel trends, platform updates, and emerging paid channels to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: At least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands
  • proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels
  • Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals
  • Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to take strategic decisions in campaign optimization
  • Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad-to-LP optimization
  • Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams
