Job Description:

My client is an industry leading footwear brand based in Hammersmith. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager- Affiliates to help grow their super loyal customer base. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focus on optimising and testing new performance marketing and display initiatives
  • Grow content, promotional and influencer partnerships across all markets (UK/US/CA/EU)
  • Develop and manage operations of the Global affiliate programme
  • Responsible for the channel's strategic development, growth and budget management
  • Hold full responsibility for their affiliate and partnerships programs, managing recruitment, performance, and partners with a focus on elevating the brand and reaching new audiences

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of how Affiliate Marketing fits within the context of the wider online marketing mix
  • Proven track record of successful partner, agency and team relationship building, including strong networking skills
  • Confident and persuasive communicator, with an ability to multitask
