Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of digital project plans, balancing immediate priorities with long-term initiatives and supporting a broader website and digital roadmap aligned to business objectives
  • Serve as the central point of contact for digital efforts, fostering strong partnerships with Marketing teams and key stakeholders to understand needs and drive initiatives forward

  • Manage project intake and execution through RoboHead, ensuring requests are clearly defined, properly scoped, and efficiently delivered

  • Partner with enterprise digital, CRM, and campaign teams to align digital channels with Salesforce CRM, supporting integration between website activity, campaigns, and CRM workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including intake, prioritization, scheduling, tracking, and on-time delivery
  • Solid understanding of website structure, digital strategy, user experience (UX), and foundational design principles
  • Experience working within content management systems (CMS), including updating and maintaining website pages
  • publishing and managing content, images, and documents
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CRM (or similar platforms), including an understanding of how digital channels integrate with and support CRM workflows
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and analytics, including campaign and web performance metrics
  • SEO best practices
