WiseTech Global is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to take charge of our digital ecosystem and accelerate its impact. In this role, you’ll steward a complex, high‑value digital environment that spans global audiences, multiple product lines, and an ever‑evolving technology landscape. Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end global digital marketing strategy aligned to brand and commercial priorities
  • Coach, mentor and grow an eight person team across web, design, SEO, email, paid media and campaign execution
  • Champion digital innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Lead multichannel campaigns across paid social, email, content, webinars and sponsorships
  • Drive demand generation programs that fuel healthy and scalable pipeline growth
  • Partner with Sales to enhance follow up, track conversion pathways and strengthen marketing’s revenue contribution
  • Oversee CMS operations and ensure our global website delivers a seamless, high performing experience
  • Run test-and-learn programs to improve UX, navigation, content relevance and conversion outcomes
  • Partner with content, design and product marketing teams to deliver compelling, compliant and market specific content
  • Own digital performance frameworks and reporting accuracy
  • Analyze engagement, campaign and funnel metrics to uncover opportunities and drive optimization

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or complex IT environments
  • Experienced in running and optimizing multichannel programs tied to pipeline and revenue metrics
  • Comfortable leading teams and managing stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Fluent in digital platforms including Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMS tools, SEO technologies and paid media (especially LinkedIn)
  • Analytical, commercially minded, and obsessed with optimization and measurable outcomes
  • A confident communicator who can present insights, influence decisions and guide senior leaders
