Join our team at The Island (Paris) as a Digital Marketing Intern for 6 months from September 2026. As part of the international Havana Club marketing team, and under the responsibility of the Senior Brand Manager Digital, you will strengthen your skills in the digital marketing environment. We will give you responsibilities to deliver our social media & influencers management, from content ideas to production and community management. Being a small structure within the group, joining Havana Club's global design team will allow you to grow in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Follow-up and monitor various International Social Media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube)
  • Responsible for production of influence projects (seeding, events/festivals, special campaigns)
  • Coordinate with market teams, content teams, brand ambassadors, and partners
  • Create & share quarterly content packs
  • Build international network with brand family (DJs, rappers, fashion designers, bartenders)
  • Generate creative ideas for social media followers
  • Monitor results monthly
  • Conduct monthly benchmarks on competition and best-performing brands on social media
  • Support Brand Manager – Digital Ecosystem in maintenance of digital platforms
  • Participate in management of global Havana-Club Website and local versions
  • Create CRM assets, user-journeys, segmentation & manage datas
  • Participate in E-Commerce initiatives
  • Monthly benchmark on digital innovation & new technologies

Requirements

  • Interest in digital marketing area of expertise (social media, website management, CRM…)
  • Good project management skills & autonomy
  • Fluent English (written & oral)
  • Ability to complete a 6-month internship
  • Internship agreement from school/university
