Job Description

DigiEx Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Fresher (Social Media & Email Marketing) to join our growing marketing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a creative, data-driven individual who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and digital marketing. You will help manage our social media presence, support email campaigns, and collaborate with designers and content creators to grow DigiEx’s online visibility and engagement across global markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Social Media Management: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Content Creation: Support writing short-form copy for posts, visuals, and videos following DigiEx’s tone and branding
  • Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active communication with followers and prospects
  • Email Marketing: Help build and send newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated sequences through HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement, click rates, and traffic metrics weekly using HubSpot, GA4, and social insights dashboards
  • Competitor & Trend Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest new ideas to enhance reach and conversion
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, developers, and content writers to execute campaigns smoothly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of social media management and email marketing concepts
  • Familiar with popular tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or Semrush/Ahrefs
  • Good English writing and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn analytics tools (GA4, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) and digital KPIs
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency

Nice to have

  • Experience with running paid ads or boosting posts (Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Understanding of B2B marketing or technology-related industries
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and how social media impacts organic reach
