This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing, planning, and delivering digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand and drive awareness and enquiries across Abbots Care.
Job Responsibility:
Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote Abbots Care’s services
Supporting and optimising our website (CMS), including content creation, SEO best practice, and technical optimisation
Creating or developing skills in Meta Ads and PPC campaigns
Leading email marketing activity, including data management, segmentation, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel
Conducting marketing research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, using insights to inform strategy
Managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
Driving website traffic and creating compelling content to engage and convert potential customers
Monitoring KPIs and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve engagement, leads, and conversions
Collaborating with internal teams such as new business, operations, and customer service to align marketing with business objectives
Planning and coordinating events and community outreach initiatives to raise awareness and generate leads
Supporting the creation of marketing collateral and presentations for new business opportunities, client meetings, and industry events
Staying up to date with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices within the social care sector
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
Good understanding of multi-channel marketing methods
Experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related qualification
