You'll play a key role in driving online traffic, customer acquisition and ecommerce performance, working across both paid media and organic channels while collaborating closely with the wider marketing and ecommerce teams.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to drive traffic and conversions
Supporting and developing the SEO strategy, including on-page optimisation, keyword research and content recommendations
Using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, ROAS and key ecommerce metrics
Supporting website optimisation and digital initiatives to improve customer journey, engagement and conversion rates
Collaborating with the wider team on content, landing pages and promotional campaigns
Supporting email marketing activity and broader digital campaigns where needed
Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform updates
Requirements:
Experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimisation
Experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms
Background within retail/ecommerce or a digital/marketing agency environment would be ideal
Nice to have:
Exposure to email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot would be beneficial
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team and is keen to learn and develop
