Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in bringing the Four Seasons story to life across digital platforms. Supporting the execution of content, campaigns, and performance reporting, this role blends creativity with precision and data-led thinking. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of digital formats, brand consistency, and performance insights, while upholding the highest standards of the Four Seasons brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the creation, coordination, and execution of digital content across owned and paid platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Ensure all content reflects Four Seasons brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and asset management in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Support day-to-day management of social media channels, including content publishing, monitoring, and community engagement
  • Stay informed on evolving digital trends and platform innovations
  • Assist in the execution and optimisation of paid digital, search and social campaigns
  • Use Adobe Analytics to monitor website performance, user journeys, and campaign outcomes
  • Track and analyse social media and digital performance metrics
  • Prepare regular performance reports and summaries
  • Support post-campaign analysis and contribute to optimisation recommendations
  • Work closely with Marketing, PR, Revenue, and Corporate teams to ensure alignment across all digital initiatives
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and agency partners to support content production and campaign execution
  • Contribute to digital initiatives supporting resort milestones, brand moments, seasonal campaigns, and new launches

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or content-related roles
  • luxury or hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of digital content formats and best practices across key platforms
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and social media analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret data, build reports, and communicate insights clearly and concisely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A thoughtful, creative approach grounded in brand integrity and performance
  • A passion for storytelling, digital craftsmanship, and luxury hospitality
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of accountability and care
