The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in bringing the Four Seasons story to life across digital platforms. Supporting the execution of content, campaigns, and performance reporting, this role blends creativity with precision and data-led thinking. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of digital formats, brand consistency, and performance insights, while upholding the highest standards of the Four Seasons brand.
Job Responsibility:
Support the creation, coordination, and execution of digital content across owned and paid platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
Ensure all content reflects Four Seasons brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity
Assist with content planning, scheduling, and asset management in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Support day-to-day management of social media channels, including content publishing, monitoring, and community engagement
Stay informed on evolving digital trends and platform innovations
Assist in the execution and optimisation of paid digital, search and social campaigns
Use Adobe Analytics to monitor website performance, user journeys, and campaign outcomes
Track and analyse social media and digital performance metrics
Prepare regular performance reports and summaries
Support post-campaign analysis and contribute to optimisation recommendations
Work closely with Marketing, PR, Revenue, and Corporate teams to ensure alignment across all digital initiatives
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and agency partners to support content production and campaign execution
Contribute to digital initiatives supporting resort milestones, brand moments, seasonal campaigns, and new launches
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or content-related roles
luxury or hospitality experience is an advantage
Strong understanding of digital content formats and best practices across key platforms
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar)
Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and social media analytics tools
Ability to interpret data, build reports, and communicate insights clearly and concisely
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
