Job Description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2-5 years of experience to optimize website performance, manage Google Ads campaigns, and drive lead generation through SEO and analytics. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for driving our digital presence through strategic SEO optimization, paid advertising campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with content and design teams to enhance lead generation and improve overall website performance. This role offers the opportunity to own and optimize key digital marketing channels, drive measurable business growth, and work in a collaborative environment with creative and technical teams. You'll have the autonomy to implement strategies and see direct impact from your efforts.

Job Responsibility

  • Optimize website performance through on-page & off-page SEO
  • Manage and enhance company websites (performance, UX, SEO readiness)
  • Implement technical SEO improvements
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Monitor and improve website rankings
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
  • Monitor traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI using analytics tools
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI
  • Create and test ad copy and landing pages
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to improve lead generation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page)
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads & Google Analytics
  • Experience in monitoring traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI
  • Track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience coordinating with content and design teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar content management systems
  • Exposure to B2B or services-based marketing environments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of social media advertising
