Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role requires a passion for digital communication, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. This is a broad role, with the opportunity to get involved in a variety of work across the team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in planning, creating, and delivering engaging digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll manage social media channels, email marketing, and CRM systems, while using analytics tools to measure success and optimise performance. You’ll work on a variety of projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Job Responsibility:

Managing social media channels, email marketing, and CRM systems

Working on a variety of projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
Social Media Management – working with the team to plan, create and schedule engaging content across platforms
Optimising use of LinkedIn across the business and improving adoption by SMEs and the Sales team
Monitoring performance and engagement metrics and report insights
Email Marketing – Build and manage email campaigns using Spotler, or similar
Segment audiences and personalise communications to improve open and click-through rates
Podcast – Working with internal stakeholders to support scheduling and development of the Transact Podcast
CRM Management – Support development of the CRM system, maintaining and updating customer data and adding marketing interactions and assisting in integrating insights into marketing strategies
Website Development – Managing Transact & CURO websites using Umbraco
Document & Asset Management – Organise and maintain marketing assets and documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility
Form Management – Working with the Technical Writer to create and manage digital forms (currently using Scribus) and application of field data
Requirements:
Previous marketing experience in digital technology and solutions
Proficient in social media tools, email platforms and CRM systems
Familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum qualifications in either English at A Level or equivalent, or higher qualifications in Marketing or a digital related subject
Nice to have:
Any previous financial services experience, with an understanding of relevant financial products
