We're looking for a self-driven Marketing Executive who can work from research and writing to publishing, distribution, and performance tracking. You'll work at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, social media handling and digital growth, with room to experiment and make a measurable impact.
Job Responsibility
Write and publish SEO-optimised content across blogs, social media, and email while managing stakeholders/deadlines
Repurpose and adapt content across formats and platforms to maximise engagement and relevance
Pitch and execute initiatives that drive brand growth, audience engagement, and topical authority
Execute on-page SEO best practices alongside off-page efforts, including link-building and AI discoverability strategies
Conduct ongoing research to identify content opportunities and plan the marketing roadmap
Drive consistent traffic growth across search and social channels
Track, analyse, and report on content and campaign performance against KPIs (traffic, engagement, etc)
Use data to identify what's working, iterate quickly, and surface insights to the team
Work closely with design, development, and product teams on integrated campaigns and brand assets
Create basic visual assets using Canva or AI-powered design tools when needed
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or at a digital marketing agency or client-side
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to research deeply and write with authority on varied topics
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest) and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
Familiarity and openness to learn about email marketing, social media platforms, and CRM/automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
Data-informed, proactive, and quick to adapt
Takes ownership, brings ideas to the table, and follows through independently
