As the Digital Marketing Executive (Organic Performance), you will own the organic strategy for Randstad ANZ. You will act as the subject-matter expert for SEO, social media, and website management, working closely with global teams and local specialists to drive brand preference and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Website & Content Management: Optimize and maintain our web presence (Drupal CMS) to enhance user experience and conversion
Modern Search (SEO, AEO & GEO): Lead technical SEO audits while evolving our strategy for AI-driven search (AEO/GEO) to ensure visibility in LLMs
Organic Social Media: Own the ANZ roadmap, creating engaging content and managing communities to drive advocacy without reliance on paid spend
Strategic Content: Execute a content calendar optimized for both human readers and AI crawlers to generate high-quality leads
Cross-Channel Collaboration: Partner with the Paid Performance team to align insights and ensure search dominance
Reporting: Analyze performance via GA4, HubSpot, and Medallia to provide actionable growth insights
Offshore Management: Scale and manage offshore resources to improve production efficiencies
Requirements:
1- 2 years in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, web, and organic social
Exposure to traditional SEO plus an understanding of AEO and GEO (AI search)
Hands-on experience with CMS (Drupal preferred) and Google Analytics (GA4)
Proven track record in building and engaging organic online communities
Ability to manage external vendors/offshore teams for efficient delivery
