The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in delivering our digital activity and strengthening Jigsaw24’s presence in the market. Working closely with the wider marketing team and reporting to the Web and eCommerce Manager, you will help implement the digital marketing strategy that supports the growth of the business. You will work closely with Marketing Campaign Managers and strategic teams, who will brief and guide campaign requirements. You will support the design, development and ongoing reporting of Jigsaw24’s websites, working with your line manager and third party partners to deliver the required outcomes and maintain a smooth digital experience.
Job Responsibility:
Digital implementation: manage day to day execution of digital campaigns, track budgets and report on performance across all digital channels
maintain digital platforms
work with marketing and IS teams to ensure systems support efficient delivery
Website: support website updates and development
manage product presentation, profiling, web descriptions
coordinate with external agencies
handle day to day requests and ticketing
guide ongoing site improvements
Social: post and schedule content across social platforms
support creation and delivery of targeted campaigns to drive reach, engagement and conversions
Paid: help set up, optimise and report on paid social and paid search activity
maximise ROI through testing, budget allocation and optimisation
work with content teams and third parties to support SEO performance
Content gathering: work with teams across the business to source information, assets and insight for digital campaigns
