Rich Broadcasting is looking for a driven, self-motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator, who can generate digital media campaigns that support radio advertising sales at the client and agency levels in the Southeast Idaho area. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work with prospective and existing clients to determine their current and future digital media needs while maximizing Rich Broadcasting’s revenue opportunities. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will train Marketing Consultants in best practices, tools, and other relevant skills for digital sales. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also develop and coordinate Rich Broadcasting’s Internship Program, focusing on website design, social media, and other digital revenue generating opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Protect the Rich Broadcasting brand, create innovative digital media packages, and propel the success of each station in the Market
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals for on-air, events, online advertising, and digital marketing
Understand client marketing needs and objectives
Represent Rich Broadcasting in the highest regard within the community and business environment
Utilize project management and internal campaign trafficking tools to schedule and process digital advertising orders and requests
Facilitate analytics reports and associated documentation for meetings with clients
Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data. Draw conclusions from findings and follow-through
A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies. Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies
Develop and coordinate Rich Broadcasting’s various Internship Programs
Attend internal and external meetings
Maintain positive and cooperative rapport across departments, sales team, and management
Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma
Experience with WideOrbit
Broadcast ratings and research
Experience with digital marketing
Familiarity with industry, negotiating practices, and marketing principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexible with hours and weekends
Strong ethical business practices
Possess a valid driver’s license
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing, or equivalent experience
