We’re looking for a Gaming Content & Community Coordinator to join Monster Energy’s EMEA Digital Marketing team. This is a role for someone who understands gaming from the inside, someone who knows how creators, communities, and platforms really work. If you’re passionate about gaming, content, and community engagement, this is your chance to help bring Monster’s gaming presence to life across Europe.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading community engagement across Monster Gaming social channels in EMEA
  • Supporting the delivery of gaming campaigns and activations across regional markets
  • Creating and curating gaming-focused content across social and streaming platforms
  • Working closely with streamers, influencers, and gaming creators to amplify campaigns
  • Supporting content creation at esports events and gaming activations across Europe
  • Identifying emerging gaming trends, platforms, and creator opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing, brand, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Briefing videographers and photographers to capture gaming content

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in gaming, esports, or gaming-related marketing

  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord
  • Creative mindset with the ability to turn gaming culture into engaging content
