We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive social media presence, brand storytelling, and communication strategies. This role involves working closely with leadership and marketing teams to build impactful narratives, execute campaigns, and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms.
Job Responsibility
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Create thought leadership content, including posts, blogs, and PR messaging
Develop leadership and company storytelling to strengthen brand presence
Draft internal and external communications, including announcements and leadership messages
Support digital marketing campaigns, events, and webinars
Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and impact
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or communications
Strong understanding of social media platforms and campaign management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create engaging content and storytelling narratives
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance
Nice to have
Experience with B2B marketing or thought leadership campaigns
Familiarity with social media analytics tools, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools
Exposure to PR, employer branding, or leadership communications
Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, and content distribution strategies
Background in MBA / BBA / Mass Communication / Journalism / BE / BTech
Experience working in a technology‑driven or consulting organization
