We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts that strengthen brand visibility, expand audience engagement, and support organizational growth in Towson, Maryland. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a strategic marketer who can shape campaign direction, refine messaging, and bring high-impact initiatives to life across digital platforms. Job Responsibility:
Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote programs, services, and key initiatives while aligning content, timing, and audience strategy
Establish clear messaging frameworks and market positioning that help teams communicate consistently across digital and promotional channels
Plan and oversee email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation, content coordination, deployment, and performance optimization
Manage paid digital advertising efforts such as Google Ads and paid social campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversion opportunities
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and related reporting tools, then translate findings into actionable recommendations
Partner with internal stakeholders to define campaign goals, prioritize high-value initiatives, and support execution within established marketing standards
Provide hands-on leadership for select high-priority projects, ensuring deliverables are completed effectively and on schedule
Create practical guidance and campaign structures that enable staff to execute marketing activities with consistency and measurable impact
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a closely related field
Demonstrated success developing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
Hands-on experience with email campaign strategy, execution, and performance tracking
Proficiency in Google Ads and paid social platforms for campaign planning, management, and optimization
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data to improve marketing outcomes
Ability to develop messaging and audience strategies that support engagement and revenue-focused objectives
Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams and balance strategic planning with execution
