Job Description

Robert Half is looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Contractor to support a Marketing & Communications team during a temporary staffing transition. This role is critical to maintaining day-to-day digital communications, with email marketing as the top priority, along with website updates, analytics, webinars, and light design support.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage complex Mailchimp audiences, groups, tags, and segments
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, events)
  • Edit templates, copy, and images
  • review post-send performance
  • Build and maintain automated journeys and drip campaigns
  • Manage embedded forms and pop-ups
  • Perform manual list updates via CRM exports/imports
  • Update and publish content using Drupal CMS
  • Upload and manage images and video (including YouTube)
  • Make text and layout edits to existing pages
  • Coordinate CRM-connected pages with designers/developers
  • Pull contact lists and support CRM-based mailings
  • Create and update digital assets using Canva (Adobe preferred)
  • Support webinar promotions, registrations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Assist with light video editing and post-event reporting
  • Pull GA4 website and Mailchimp performance reports
  • Monitor earned media coverage
  • Prepare weekly/monthly metrics summaries
  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing or communications experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Mailchimp
  • Experience working in Drupal
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Canva proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to have

  • CRM experience (CiviCRM or similar)
  • Webinar platforms (Zoom or similar)
  • GA4, basic HTML/CSS, or light video editing
