Job Responsibility
Serve as the lead copy editor for customer-facing communications
Develop and optimize messaging across email and SMS channels
Partner with managers and directors to support communication strategies
Manage communications workflows and organization within Salesforce
Leverage reporting and analytics to improve communication effectiveness
Ensure consistency with AP Style and internal communication standards
Support special communications and customer experience initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field
5-7 years of professional communications experience
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong experience with AP Style
Experience working with communication workflows and stakeholder management
Salesforce experience highly preferred
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
