Job Description:

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Digital Marketing Campaign Manager (he/she) for our client from the pharmaceutical industry. The project is delivered for a client in the healthcare industry, within a highly regulated environment that requires strong attention to quality, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on performance and cost efficiency. The role is operational and technical in nature, with significant exposure to Google tools (Google Ads, GA4) and daily campaign optimization. The candidate will work with real media budgets, making decisions based on KPIs and analytics. This position is suited for someone who can work independently and consistently deliver measurable results in a demanding business environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Independently managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Owning media budgets and ensuring cost efficiency and performance (ROI, CPA, ROAS)
  • Analyzing campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools
  • Identifying optimization opportunities and implementing improvements based on data
  • Collaborating on SEO and SEM activities to increase traffic and visibility
  • Supporting and executing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives
  • Preparing reports and presenting performance insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Ensuring all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and internal guidelines

Requirements:

  • Have hands-on experience in digital marketing and independently manage campaigns end-to-end
  • Possess strong expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4), with a data-driven approach
  • Are a hands-on specialist who configures, optimizes, and analyzes campaigns самостоятельно
  • Have experience managing media budgets and optimizing performance based on KPIs (ROI, CPA, ROAS)
  • Make decisions based on data and can translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Understand SEO and SEM and how they impact overall campaign performance
  • Work independently, proactively, and take ownership of your results
  • Can clearly communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
