Job Responsibility
AI-Powered Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns using AI tools for ideation, copywriting, targeting, and performance analysis
Use AI to generate ad creatives, test variations, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms faster and smarter
SEO — On-Page, Off-Page & Technical: Manage all in-house SEO activities including on-page optimization, link building, and keyword strategy using AI-assisted research tools like Surfer SEO, SEMrush, or similar
Handle all aspects of Technical SEO to ensure optimal crawlability, indexing, and site performance
Use AI to identify content gaps, optimize existing pages, and develop strategies that improve search rankings
AI-Assisted Content Strategy: Plan and produce high-quality, audience-targeted content using AI writing and research tools
Use AI to repurpose, localize, and scale content across multiple channels without compromising quality
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct AI-powered competitor research to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities
Build actionable strategies from competitive insights and present findings to the team
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, WebTrends, and other analytics platforms
Use AI-generated reports and dashboards to monitor daily metrics, identify patterns, and suggest improvements
Monitor SEO KPIs regularly and proactively recommend data-backed optimizations
Growth & Innovation: Brainstorm AI-powered growth strategies and explore new tools, platforms, and techniques
Stay current on the latest SEO, SEM, and AI-in-marketing trends and apply them to live campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and tech teams to execute a unified digital strategy
Requirements
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media campaigns, and email marketing
Solid knowledge of On-page and Off-page SEO
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Keyword Planner, and similar platforms
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Perplexity, or similar) for content, research, or campaign work
Ability to perform competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable strategy
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
