We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content, SEO, AI-powered marketing, and brand building. You will work across modern digital channels, including search engines, AI search platforms, social media, and marketing automation tools to drive visibility, engagement, and demand generation.
Job Responsibility
Create and optimize blogs, website pages, case studies, landing pages, social media posts, and email campaigns
Improve visibility across Google Search and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and topic discovery using SEO and AI tools
Repurpose content into videos, carousels, infographics, and social media assets
Implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata, internal linking, and schema recommendations
Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and user engagement metrics
Support technical SEO audits and content performance analysis
Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram
Support community building, employer branding, and thought leadership campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Support execution of organic and paid marketing campaigns
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, and marketing dashboards
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
Analyze content performance and identify optimization opportunities
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies
Assist in developing content themes and campaign ideas based on market insights
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, ideation, and content creation
Build effective prompts to improve content quality and marketing productivity
Stay updated on emerging AI marketing trends and recommend innovative applications
Requirements
MBA (Marketing) or equivalent degree
1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice to have
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Similarweb
Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma
Exposure to HubSpot, Zoho, or marketing automation platforms
Understanding of AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) and content clustering
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B content creation
