Join Hunter Douglas as a Digital Marketing Assistant and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across websites, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand teams to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging digital activity, while gaining hands-on experience with HubSpot, campaign execution, and reporting in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day website updates, content builds, forms, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure website accuracy, functionality, and user experience
Assist with SEO/SEM implementation and reporting, including metadata, links, and campaign assets
Build, schedule, and deploy emails, landing pages, and digital campaigns using HubSpot templates and workflows
Manage lists, segmentation, tagging, and basic database updates for campaigns
Support lead nurturing and customer journey execution within existing workflows
Prepare reports on website, email, and campaign performance, tracking KPIs and insights for continuous improvement
Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across multiple digital initiatives
Maintain process documentation, checklists, and best-practice guides for digital execution tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Marketing, or related discipline
1–2 years’ marketing experience, ideally across B2B and B2C environments
Hands-on experience using HubSpot for websites, email marketing, and campaigns (essential)
Understanding of website management, basic SEO, and paid digital activity
Exposure to SEO/SEM reporting and campaign support
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, process-driven, eager to learn, and willing to “get hands dirty” to deliver results
Excellent communication and multitasking skills, able to support cross-functional teams effectively
