Seeking a highly capable and data-savvy digital marketer to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s digital performance and brand visibility. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and is ideal for someone with proven expertise across SEO, SEM, and social media marketing — and who brings a mix of hands-on execution, analytical rigor, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong digital background, ready to take ownership of key channels and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement robust SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
Oversee and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Bing, and Display Networks, ensuring high performance and cost efficiency
Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ongoing performance tracking to guide strategic improvements
Create and manage content plans for all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
Lead the execution of creative, engaging, and brand-aligned campaigns to grow followers and improve user engagement
Monitor performance data and industry trends to refine social strategies and enhance campaign outcomes
Utilize GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to generate meaningful insights from campaign data
Provide regular performance reports with clear recommendations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and user engagement
Identify optimization opportunities and implement data-backed adjustments in real time
Guide and support a small team, ensuring aligned execution and strong creative output
Collaborate with internal content creators, external vendors, and other marketing stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns
Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, budgeting, and coordinating digital initiatives
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of solid, hands-on experience managing SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives
Proven ability to lead projects from strategy to execution, with strong attention to results
Deep understanding of digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media tools
Proficiency with analytics and SEO software such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Strong analytical and copywriting abilities, with a focus on performance and conversion metrics
Experience managing timelines, resources, and junior team members effectively
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
Nice to have:
Experience with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Basic design knowledge using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Familiarity with influencer campaigns or content marketing strategies
