The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Hotel/Resort. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations to execute strategies in digital marketing, social media, content development, public relations, online reputation management, and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Oversees the Hotel/ Resort’s digital strategy
Designs and implements innovative campaigns
Oversees and optimizes online and offline presence of Hotel/ Resort
Manages online reputation
Supports Director of Marketing and agency partners with digital marketing tactics
Supports Sales, Catering and Reservations with auditing sales materials
Partners with operations team to promote guest data capture
Manages Local Mailing List Manager
Assists Director of Marketing with writing briefs for digital campaigns
Partners with Director of Revenue Management to monitor online agency partner performance
Conducts a digital benchmark on a regular basis
Manages Hotel/Resort social media channels
Executes effective community management
Ensures social media content performs well
Leverages social media channels to amplify key messages
Pursues, negotiates, and coordinates social media influencer visits
Utilizes available programs to vet and integrate User Generated Content
Works closely with each department to identify and produce social media content
Monitors social media conversations
Coordination of Hotel/ Resort participation in corporate global social media campaigns
Creates effective social media reports
Executes strategies within the Restaurant & Bar Toolkit
Aligns with Four Seasons corporate social media teams
Ensures all content created meets brand guidelines
Collaborates with the Resort operations team to develop collateral
Assists the Director of Public Relations with the creation of unique experiences
Supports audit of communications
Maintains image library and Press Room
Participates in departmental PR and marketing meetings
Assists in design of Resort promotional materials
Assists with the production and coordination of photo and video shoots
Assists with identifying and executing local event participation
Leverages full suite of online reporting tools
Provides monthly digital KPI, social media and Revinate reports
Consults monthly Inspire program email reporting
Leverages Google Travel Insights and Google Hotel Insights
Provides action plan for continuous improvement to Marketing Scorecard
Proofreads all marketing material
Directly assists with guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department
Performs other tasks or projects as assigned
Responds according to the crisis management plan
Acts as a brand ambassador
Requirements:
Previous digital marketing experience
Hospitality and sales experience preferred
Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world
Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
Photography and Video skills
Attention to detail and organization
Influencer/media relations experience
Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral
Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities
Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must hold work authorization for Jordan, namely a Jordanian ID
