We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join us as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Apprentice. This hands-on role is perfect for someone looking to begin or develop a career in marketing while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. You will support the delivery of CSP’s marketing and communications activity while gaining experience across social media management, digital content creation, campaign support, and brand awareness. Working closely with our external marketing team, you will contribute to engaging content that reflects CSP’s values and helps promote our brand across multiple channels. This is an apprenticeship role based at the Head Office in Watford.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with creating and scheduling content across CSP’s social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Support the development of written, visual and video content aligned with CSP brand guidelines
Monitor social channels, responding to or escalating comments and messages
Help track and report performance using analytics tools
Support basic website content updates
Assist with marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities
Organise content calendars and support day‑to‑day marketing operations
Attend external exhibitions, trade shows and marketing initiatives
Complete all requirements of the apprenticeship learning programme
Carry out general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Understanding of social media and digital trends
Experience with design/editor tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, CapCut, Final Cut etc)
Strong team-player with the ability to work independently
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
Good writing, editing and proof-reading skills
Reliable, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Previous experience, volunteering or coursework related to marketing, media or communications
Experience using social media for content creation (beyond personal use)
Familiarity with analytics tools
