Accenture has an exciting opportunity for a people-oriented Sales Manager to guide, mentor, and inspire high performing, multilingual sales teams within the clients digital marketing ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving measurable revenue outcomes by leading Inside Sales, Sales Account Managers, and—where applicable—Agency Account & Partner Managers who support advertisers across the full customer lifecycle. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in scaling our client’s advertising business by developing world-class talent, executing data-driven sales strategies, improving workflows, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will work cross functionally to identify sales opportunities, resolve bottlenecks, influence strategy, and operationalize best practices that improve performance at scale.
Job Responsibility
Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of Inside Sales Representatives and/or Sales Account Managers
Set clear monthly and quarterly goals, manage performance against KPIs
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, call evaluations, and performance reviews
Onboard new hires and cultivate sales competencies
Analyze individual and team performance using CRM and analytics tools
Ensure operational excellence through accurate CRM usage, sales forecasting, pipeline management
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for continuous improvement
Act as escalation point for complex customer challenges
Foster a collaborative, learning oriented environment
Provide leadership with insights on customer trends and market feedback
Lead and develop a specialized team of Agency Account Managers
Drive revenue growth through agency level upsell and cross sell strategies
Build deep understanding of the digital agency landscape
Ensure alignment to agency specific SLAs and partner engagement strategies
Hire, develop, and retain top agency focused talent
Collaborate with agency leaders to scale partner programs
Requirements
Experience leading and coaching sales teams
Proven ability to drive revenue growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
Experience with CRM and analytics tools
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising ecosystem
