The Digital Manager for Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre will be responsible for implementing eCommerce strategies and managing social media channels while providing analytics and performance reports. Job Responsibility:
Support the Brand, Marketing and Digital organization on implementation of eCommerce strategies
execute digital activities based on key initiatives and strategies
manage the day-to-day activities for social media channels
monitor online conversations and participate to build brand visibility
establish a positive online presence for the hotel(s)
provide measurement of the impact of online presence
generate reports and analytics on current trends and hotel's performance
assist management in training and motivating employees
monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations.
Requirements:
A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major
