Job Description

The Digital Listing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely verification of business listings across major online platforms, with a primary focus on Google. This role involves direct communication with OPTIMA™ customers and third-party listing vendors to guide and support the verification process. The ultimate goal within this role is to continuously maintain and achieve the standard benchmarks to ensure we are accomplishing the overall mission of an 80%+ renewal rate for OPTIMA™.

Job Responsibility

  • Efficiently and accurately complete verification for OPTIMA™ customers on tier 1 search engines with the primary focus on Google
  • Provide a high-class onboarding experience for all new OPTIMA™ customers to ensure the verification process is completed in less than 90 days
  • Achieve the monthly minimum goal of 95% or higher completion percentage within a 90-day period from when service begins
  • Maintain positive communicate with OPTIMA™ customers during the verification process, which will involve initiating and responding to calls and emails quickly and accurately
  • Proactively update OPTIMA™ customers on the status of their verification process
  • Execute communication with listing vendors for verification purposes
  • Utilization of all AMP systems to achieve the standard benchmarks and high quality, accurate listings verification for all OPTIMA™ customers
  • Execute the creation of Cases through internal systems to raise customer concerns to the appropriate teams for quick resolution
  • Assist in a backup capacity for team members to assist with various search engine verifications
  • Maintain detailed logs of all activity and provide monthly summaries to management
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to develop better processes and systems
  • Any and all other duties assigned

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Strong ability to work independently while keeping your manager informed
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up capabilities
  • Computer skills required
  • Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Ability to keep yourself and your work area organized and neat
  • Ability to multi-task, perform under tight deadlines, and produce accurate listing verification in an ever-changing environment
