Popeyes UK is growing fast, with big ambitions across the UK and Ireland. As we scale, we’re investing in how we develop our people – creating engaging, accessible and high-impact learning experiences that support performance in our restaurants and at Chicken HQ. We’re looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our People team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build and manage digital learning experiences while owning the day-to-day administration and optimisation of Popeyes University (our LMS). You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams have simple, practical and engaging learning that supports operational excellence and career growth. Working closely with L&D, Operations and People partners, you’ll translate business needs into high-quality digital learning solutions, ensuring learning is easy to access, simple to use and aligned to our brand, standards and culture.

  • Create and maintain structured digital learning pathways for onboarding, role training and compliance
  • Ensure mandatory training is clearly tracked, reported and audit-ready
  • Partner with L&D and Operations to transform face-to-face training into scalable digital solutions
  • Use engagement data, completion metrics and feedback to continuously improve learning effectiveness
  • Provide LMS support and guidance to managers and team members across the business

Requirements

  • Experience creating digital learning or e-learning content
  • Experience administering or supporting an LMS (Mapal experience desirable)
  • Experience working in a multi-site, operational environment (QSR, retail or hospitality desirable)
  • Strong understanding of learning design principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work at pace
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally
  • Creative, learner-focused and comfortable using data to inform decisions

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Private healthcare + Life assurance
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) + your birthday off
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • Access to wellbeing and lifestyle benefits through our platform
  • Cycle to work scheme and gym discounts
