Job Description:

As a Digital Learning Lead, you’ll be responsible for the design and delivery of learning content for our Learning Management System and will be responsible for creating digital content that supports the learning needs across the organisation. You’ll translate content into online learning solutions, and manage our external eLearning platform through proactive curation, engagement building and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of technology

  • Learning & development qualification and/or good understanding of adult learning principles
  • Knowledge of wide range of learning formats e.g., social learning, games and simulations
  • Experience in storyboarding and translating ideas into solutions
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Previous experience designing and delivering learning skills training
  • Multi sector experience with variety of staff groups and skill levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively for different audiences
  • Line management responsibility
