Job Description

We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and digital change. They're looking for a Digital Learning Executive to support the development and delivery of engaging learning solutions that help colleagues adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working. This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll play a key part in creating learning content, managing training activities, and supporting wider change initiatives. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for digital learning and innovation.

Job Responsibility

  • Create engaging learning materials including presentations, user guides, videos and digital content
  • Translate technical information into clear, user-friendly resources
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content reflects real business processes
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality content aligned to best practice
  • Manage learning content across platforms (e.g. intranet, learning hubs)
  • Maintain training schedules, course records and documentation
  • Act as the main point of contact for training queries
  • Coordinate training sessions (virtual and in-person), including logistics and communications
  • Support administration tasks such as reporting, compliance, and purchase orders
  • Gather and analyse feedback from training sessions
  • Support improvements to learning materials and processes
  • Help develop self-service learning resources and learning in the flow of work
  • Assist with organisational change initiatives and system rollouts
  • Support internal communications promoting learning and training
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure learning aligns with broader change plans
