You are the engine behind the production of our digital learning content. You build relevant, challenging and fun commercial (digital or blended) learning experiences that help our global commercial team sell more, better, faster.

Job Responsibility

  • Multimedia Content Creation: design high-quality digital learning content
  • Production Ownership: take full ownership of the production cycle from scripting to editing
  • Structured Learning Journeys: turn complex product information into logical, engaging self-lead learning paths
  • Maintenance & Updates: proactively ensure digital learning content is maintained and updated
  • Tech & Tooling: leverage a diverse range of tooling for creating learnings

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in relevant fields, like product marketing, sales enablement, learning & development, branding & design

  • Support your apprentices through the learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship and take proactive steps to ensure timely achievement of all milestones
  • Deliver regular coaching sessions and progress reviews for all apprentices and ensure that employers are up to date with apprentice progress
  • Write and share accurate and timely progress reports for apprentices and employers
  • Help develop and deliver the learning content and delivery model for the apprenticeship programme
  • Work with other Skills Coaches to standardise and improve training
  • Design and facilitate engaging and relevant apprentice training through group sessions including live sessions and in-person development days
  • Be involved in coordinating the training activities delivered in partnership with our employers and industry experts
