The project focuses on delivering a structured training and knowledge-transfer program in Tajikistan, ensuring that the planning, procurement, and maintenance of complex road and bridge infrastructure align with international standards. We are seeking a senior expert to design and implement a digital learning and knowledge management strategy for the capacity-building program, focusing on creating a digital repository for training materials, case studies, and resources. The role includes setting up systems for knowledge retention, ensuring that all training content is accessible for future use, and coordinating the development of digital platforms to facilitate learning and knowledge-sharing among program participants.
Job Responsibility:
Design e-learning modules and blended content aligned with in-person trainings
Support development of digital repository and sustainability tools
Train national stakeholders on maintaining digital learning content
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
At least 10 years of experience in e-learning development and digital platform design
Proven experience in managing digital knowledge products for international development projects
