We are seeking a Digital Learning and Knowledge Management Specialist (International) to join us on an upcoming Capacity Building initiative in Tajikistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Skills Training Program for road sector professionals, with a focus on enhancing infrastructure expertise.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement e-learning modules in conjunction with in-person training to create an effective blended learning approach
Establish and maintain a digital knowledge repository, incorporating sustainable tools and practices for long-term viability
Train national stakeholders in digital learning methodologies, ensuring their capability to maintain and update content independently
Conduct periodic site visits to Tajikistan, totaling approximately 3 months over the course of the project
Requirements:
Master's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
At least 10 years of experience in e-learning development and digital platform design
Proven experience in managing digital knowledge products for international development projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Prior experience in teaching and instructional design
Knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in digital learning contexts
Experience working in international development projects, particularly in Central Asia
Proficiency in Russian or Tajik language
Familiarity with road sector terminology and concepts
Experience in conducting training needs assessments and evaluating learning outcomes
