Requirements:

  • Proven leadership of major digital programs, such as ERP/CRM modernization, customer-facing digital platforms, connectivity/telematics solutions, or analytics-driven operational improvements
  • Strong track record driving digital adoption and change management, influencing cross-functional teams (sales, service, operations, IT, marketing) without relying solely on direct authority
  • Deep experience with data utilization, including dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and data governance, using insights to guide commercial and operational decision-making
  • Digital marketing, customer experience, or lead management exposure, with the ability to enhance digital customer journeys and improve user engagement
