Job Description:

In this position, you will join our Water Utilities team, where you will play an integral part in a highly skilled team that ‘brings ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of projects. The work we do is vital to supporting economic development globally, and it’s the technical expertise and depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead digital engineering management, overseeing the use and integration of digital engineering platforms to enhance project delivery
  • Manage and coordinate modelling and drafting teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and workflow
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of modelling outputs through verification, coordination, and peer review processes
  • Utilize digital tools such as Plant 3D, Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software for effective design management and project execution
  • Support resource management, including scheduling, allocation, and mentoring of modelling teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Digital Management or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years in Digital Engineering Management and a working knowledge of digital engineering platforms
  • At least +3 years Resource management and coordination of modelling and drafting team
  • Design experience in Water Utility related projects w/ specific expertise in network pipeline design or treatment plant design
  • Responsible modelling resources, outputs, verification, coordination, peer review
  • Experience in either Plant 3D, Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD, Revit etc.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in digital training and upskilling
  • Exposure to other digital engineering initiatives or platforms
