As the Digital Lead for Carrier Business Services (CBS), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital transformation agenda across CBS. This position is responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence in key process areas, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Payroll, and Master Data Management (MDM). You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions that streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and improve service delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies for CBS
  • Continuously scan the market for new technologies, automation opportunities, and process optimization methods across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Payroll, and Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within finance or GBS (CBS in Carrier)
  • Strong understanding of PTP, OTC, Payroll, and MDM processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage teams in a matrix environment (direct and functional reporting)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
