This internship is ideal for someone passionate about digital, consumer experience, sneakers/streetwear culture, and operational excellence. You will learn: End‑to‑end digital launch processes used globally at adidas; How different digital mechanics work and when to apply each; How Global and Market teams align for Hype/ Luxury launches; How a cross‑functional digital organization collaborates to deliver premium consumer experiences; Hands‑on experience with planning tools and seasonal linelists; Product management & strategy. Introduction to product roadmap and prioritization; Discovery techniques to understand customer needs and business problems; Work closely with analytics, design, and engineering.
