Our well known health and wellbeing client is currently going through an exciting digital transformation and looking to recruit their first Digital Insights Manager paying up to £56,000 with one day in the office and the other four days working from home.

Job Responsibility:

  • overall accountability for the digital analytics platforms
  • deliver reporting and insight on KBIs
  • measure value generated by change
  • propose improvement ideas/generate hypotheses for testing for the digital squads
  • educate and drive squads to use digital analytics tools to measure their success and to generate ideas
  • manage traditional web analytics tools such as Google analytics and voice of the customer tools like Medallia
  • deliver implementations of new digital insights tooling
  • define tagging requirements for new initiatives

Requirements:

  • significant, demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in digital analytics
  • experience of analytics deployments on new websites and other digital products
  • familiar with a variety of digital platforms/tools (CMS, analytics etc)
