Job Description

Are you organised, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping others? We're looking for a part-time Digital Information Administrator to join our clients team ASAP. You'll help keep their systems running smoothly and support others in using them effectively.

Job Responsibility

  • Keep CRM system accurate and up to date
  • Supporting staff with database queries and training
  • Creating reports and mailing lists when needed
  • Helping to improve and manage how data is used and stored
  • Make sure data protection rules are followed
  • Support with occasional admin tasks like mailings and reception cover

Requirements

  • Confident using databases and Excel
  • Great attention to detail and good with numbers
  • Friendly and helpful-happy to support others
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
