We are seeking a highly organized and service-driven Digital Incoming Receptionist to join our team of Printing Experts. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our digital printing order intake process. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, problem-solving, and helping others. You need to have a background in printing. You’ll assist customers by phone and email, guide them through our online ordering platform, schedule incoming jobs, and support the front counter and production teams.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Support & Communication: Provide outstanding first-line support via phone and email, offering friendly and professional assistance
Digital Order Processing: Enter new orders into our production system (Direct FTP & Production Monitor) and ensure accuracy of job details
Email Management: Monitor and respond to the digital inbox, forwarding inquiries to appropriate departments
Job Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule customer jobs in our system, communicate priority tasks to production teams, and follow up on late orders
Quoting & Sales Support: Generate basic quotes and assist with file transfers or sales requests
Front Counter Support: Occasionally assist with walk-in customers, order pickups, and payments
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written business English
Minimum 2 years of Canadian work experience with references
At least 1 year of print related experience
Confident and professional when interacting with customers
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills – professional phone manner and clear written English
Strong organizational abilities – attention to detail, time management, and multitasking
Tech-savvy – comfortable using email, PDFs, and general computer systems, with an understanding of file types and sizes
Customer-first attitude – friendly, helpful, and focused on exceeding expectations
Team player – adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed
