Job Description

The Digital Inbound Lead Qualifier with German is responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance to new and existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.

Job Responsibility

  • Efficiently handle inbound live chat, call sales and email sales for relevant customers to generate new leads and new customer opportunities
  • Develop and manage lead generation performance for your respective geographies
  • Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users
  • Represent HPE with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers, sales representatives and all internal teams involved in lead management
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phone) to interact and reach out to online customers
  • Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames
  • Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads
  • Comply with all HPE standards, processes and tools
  • Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required
