The Digital Inbound Lead Qualifier with German is responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance to new and existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.
Job Responsibility:
Efficiently handle inbound live chat, call sales and email sales for relevant customers to generate new leads and new customer opportunities
Develop and manage lead generation performance for your respective geographies
Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users
Represent HPE with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers, sales representatives and all internal teams involved in lead management
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phone) to interact and reach out to online customers
Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames
Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads
Comply with all HPE standards, processes and tools
Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
Excellent communication and grammar skills
Passionate about lead generation and expanding the customer base
Ability to nurture and build strong customer relationships
Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
Ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations
Moderate knowledge and understanding of business development
Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles
