You'll be the driving force behind our hotel's omni-channel communications, crafting engaging content and delivering exceptional service both online and in person.
Job Responsibility
Manage content across all digital communication channels including our app, hotel social media, digital signage and review platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines
Deliver exceptional service to all in-house guests, reporting directly to the TUI BLUE Experience Manager
Develop and coordinate engaging web and social media content that supports our brand's marketing and communication strategy, maintaining close collaboration with the central marketing department at TUI Head Office
Champion the hotel's App features and provide support to both guests and colleagues with any app-related questions
Enable relevant hotel teams to work effectively with app-connected booking features, which includes setting up bookable facilities and delivering comprehensive training
Take the lead in reporting technical issues and identifying potential improvements to our central development teams
Requirements
You have experience in media, social media, online marketing, apps and digital content creation tools
You're fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
You bring enthusiasm for digital communication and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
You possess knowledge of photo and video editing software to create compelling visual content
You demonstrate creativity and flair for developing appealing presentations and content for international audiences
You have experience in online marketing, advertising, and public relations to effectively promote our digital offerings
You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities
