As a Customer Journey Expert, you are the driver of growth across our digital channels. You translate customer insights into concrete experiments and always-on optimisations. You manage paid performance (SEA), coordinate with our media agency, and independently build email campaigns-from segmentation and creation through to delivery and evaluation. You work closely with other Customer Journey Experts, Data Analysts, and Product Owners within the tribe.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute digital growth strategies for acquisition, activation, and retention for the Asset Management product
Own paid channels: briefings, media and experimentation plans, always-on optimisation, tagging, and reporting
Set up end-to-end email campaigns: target audience selection/segmentation, content and templates, A/B testing, send logic, and deliverability checks
Minimum of 6 different email campaigns live
Experiment and optimise: A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages, journeys, and creatives
translate learnings into backlog items
Minimum of 12 different digital campaigns live
Work data-driven: define KPIs, use dashboards, interpret results, and propose clear next steps
Collaborate with the media agency: briefing, planning, budget control, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance within all campaigns
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in online marketing/growth, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment
Hands-on experience with paid channels (at least SEA) and working with media agencies
Proven experience in email marketing: segmentation, content creation, sending, and performance analysis
Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics / Salesforce), comfortable with dashboards and setting up/interpreting experiments
Customer journey and hypothesis-driven thinking: able to translate insights into concrete experiments and deliverables
Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
Fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English
Nice to have:
Experience in financial services, investing, and/or wealth management
Basic knowledge of tagging/consent management and/or segmentation logic
Affinity with creatives and copywriting for online channels
