Job Description:

We’re a boutique agency—small yet impactful—gaining real momentum helping B2B eCommerce industry giants transform digitally with our specialized products and services. Today, our wins are clear in the multi-million dollar weekly sales achieved online by our clients based in the USA and around the world. And for tomorrow, we’re strengthening our solutions through innovation, customization, and smart AI integration. When you join Villvay, you don't just join a 'friendly neighborhood offshore development team'—you join a team of solutionizers—critical thinkers who see the whole picture, tackle problems end-to-end, and bring more to the table than anyone expects. We’re looking for a Growth & GTM Marketing Specialist who can build the systems and momentum needed to drive pipeline for a technically strong product. You’ll own how we generate and convert demand — from outreach infrastructure and campaign execution to positioning and go-to-market thinking — working closely with leadership and sales to turn early traction into a scalable growth engine. This role is for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, combining hands-on execution with commercial thinking, and shaping how a product finds its market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement the outreach and marketing stack that powers lead generation and revenue growth
  • Select, configure, and manage tools for email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, automation, and CRM tracking
  • Build and maintain structured ICP-aligned prospect databases
  • Ensure clear pipeline visibility and reporting tied to commercial KPIs
  • Create repeatable processes that support predictable, scalable growth
  • Take ownership of structuring and prioritizing marketing execution in the absence of a dedicated management layer
  • Plan, execute, and continuously refine multi-touch email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns across priority regions
  • Test positioning, messaging, subject lines, and calls-to-action to improve reply and meeting rates
  • Continuously optimize funnel performance based on real data and campaign learnings
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads into sales conversations
  • Take ownership of both campaign strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring fast feedback loops and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the CRO to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Translate insights from discovery calls and lost deals into sharper targeting and positioning
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate experimentation and performance refinement
  • Maintain accountability for revenue-driven metrics rather than vanity indicators
  • Collaborate closely with the CRO to align marketing experiments with real market feedback from sales conversations
  • Define and continuously refine ideal customer profiles (ICP), targeting strategies, and messaging based on real market feedback
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of go-to-market strategies for Villvay’s offerings, particularly the Search & Product Discovery product
  • Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions and messaging for target customer segments
  • Work with leadership, sales, and product teams to test and iterate GTM approaches across different markets
  • Support positioning, launch messaging, and marketing narratives for new features or offerings
  • Identify and test market segments and geographies (US, Europe, ANZ) to inform scalable go-to-market approaches
  • Develop a strong understanding of Villvay’s positioning in B2B ecommerce and Search
  • Ensure all external communication reflects clarity, professionalism, and commercial confidence

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing within a B2B or technology-driven environment
  • Proven experience generating qualified leads and contributing to revenue growth through outbound and digital channels
  • Hands-on experience with outreach automation tools and CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, conversion optimization, and pipeline management
  • High analytical capability with strong performance-tracking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written English communication skills for outbound messaging
  • Comfort operating independently in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • Strong commercial thinking — ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Ability to work closely with sales and adapt quickly based on live deal feedback and customer conversations

Nice to have:

  • Experience marketing ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce or Shopify
  • Exposure to industrial or B2B distribution-focused sectors
  • Experience building growth infrastructure from scratch
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing workflows
  • Exposure to product marketing or go-to-market strategy development in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Experience supporting product launches, positioning, or market expansion initiatives
  • Experience working closely with sales or revenue teams in pipeline-driven environments
What we offer:
  • Competitive salaries for those who meet our high bar
  • Opportunities to network and connect with a global team, working with international clients and aided by world class consultants
  • A hybrid work model to bring out the best kind of productivity in our teams
  • Paid parental leave to genuinely encourage a healthy family life style
  • Paid menstrual leave because we believe in equity
  • A flat structure supported by a boutique concept of quality and transparency
  • OPD and Insurance because life happens, even during your probation period
