Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, driven Digital Graphic Designer to join Haypp Group’s Center of Excellence (CoE) Content team, supporting all markets with their graphic needs. You’ll play a key role in producing creative templates and high-quality graphics, motion design, and videos for our e-commerce stores across 5 markets. Your work will elevate the customer experience from category pages and brand sites to articles, campaigns, and paid ads. You’ll collaborate closely with writers, SEO specialists, brand managers, and performance teams helping us build scalable workflows that enable fast production across multiple brands, languages, and channels. We encourage you to explore AI tools to speed up ideation, production, and iteration.

Job Responsibility

  • Create visually compelling layouts, banners, and illustrations for web and mobile
  • Develop animated elements and micro-interactions for digital channels
  • Plan, shoot, and edit product videos, tutorials, social-first formats, and campaign films
  • Adapt and optimize assets for paid channels (social media, display, programmatic) with strong CTAs and A/B variations
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and collaborate with content, SEO, and performance teams
  • Contribute to templating (e.g., in Figma, Bannerflow & Frontify), component libraries, and processes that scale across brands and languages
  • Stay updated on trends, formats, and tools and experiment with AI-driven workflows where they add value

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design for digital channels, plus motion design and video production
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Understanding of paid media and how creative choices impact CTR and conversions
  • experience with channel-specific formats
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for typography, colour, composition, and accessibility
  • Languages: English (professional level)

Nice to have

Experience in e-commerce, multi-brand/multi-market setups, basic colour grading/sound editing, and interest in AI-assisted creative production
