Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with project objectives and Deloitte’s brand identity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and deliver fresh, creative ideas across campaigns, social media, and other design projects
  • Create visually compelling assets for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media
  • Strategize, conceptualize, and deliver creative materials across touchpoints such as webpages, newsletters, internal comms, event signage, and more
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to deliver modern and effective design solutions
  • Apply feedback effectively to refine and optimize creative work, ensuring final designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and overall design principles
  • Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics will be highly valued
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design execution across various channels
  • Understanding of AI-driven design tools and how they can enhance creative processes
  • Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
